Pixel Connects to Wifi Camera But Says no Internet

I am trying to use my liquid image action camera and app on my pixel. It works on my S4 and GPad. However, on my Goggle Pixel XL the app can not find the camera even though it shows the camera as the wifi network that I am connected to. It seems to be a setting is not allowing it to see because of no internet. The camera does not emit a internet signal it is simply supposed to connect with wifi.

Any ideas?
