Stuck on M

Hello,
I have a Motto E Droid through Straight talk. Recently my droid began not with opening my apps. I cleared all cache data and restarted droid. No avail. I removed recent apps and restarted droid. No avail. I tried to reset but confirmation would not go through and froze on page, I tried to restart again. Now I am in limbo on the M page, somewhere between on and off. LOL Help Please and Thank you in advance.
