M Locker app has my phone hung up

I wanted to try this app. In setting up the weather location portion, it won't set up and I cannot get out of the app. No swiping motion or trying to call the phone, hooking up yo the PC via USB, NOTHING WILL GET THE APP OFF MY SCREEN. I can hear notifications, but cannot get to my screen.

I emailed the developer, but have not heard back.

Any ideas are appreciated.
