Android connected to wifi but cannot surf

After coming home and connected my phone to the wifi, i cannot browse, surf, stream anywhere yet my brothers phone has the same model and can surf anywhere on the same wifi, yet i can use surf the internet using other wifi, heres the picture when i was in engineering mode.
