So I don't know if this noise was here all the time or it just started happening but on certain button presses there seems to be a speaker pop. I still haven't removed the plastic screen protector that comes with the phone and thinking that may be causing it. I'm waiting till I order a screen protector to remove it. Was curious to see if anyone else has heard the noise.

Weird speaker pop
Note 4 post-Marshmallow update - No Status Bar Notifications
Has anyone else updated their Note 4 to Marshmallow and having status bar notification issues? Regardless of what app (Messages, Gmail, Email, MLB At Bat, etc.), the notification will show but the preview/message won't show on the top status bar. Usually, it will show virtually the whole message up there, but now it won't. I even did a factory reset of the phone and it still didn't work. Any help would be appreciated!

Google Now Launcher Versus Default Launcher?
Saw this on another forum: For some reason on the Moto Z Droid and Moto Z Force Droid, the default launcher is not Google Now Launcher. This is a change of pace when looking at just about every other device that has recently been released by Motorola.
They don't give much detail as to the added benefits or possible downside of doing this.
Questions?
Any disadvantage to loading the Google Now Launcher? Would the Moto features and enhancements stay intact?

Android 7 Nougat Coming in August; May Not Come to the Nexus 5 [Rumor]
While this is an exciting rumor for most Android fans, it will not be pleasant news for folks who own the Google Nexus 5 smartphone. The good news is that Android 7.0 Nougat will supposedly start pushing out to Nexus devices August 5th. Searching From Chrome
All,
I am having an annoying issue where if I type anything in the search bar, chrome will forward me to google (as expected and desired). However, every time, it will ask me if I want to search the item via private or based on my google account... It is annoying and adds one more additional step to my search. Any idea why this is occurring and if I can change a setting to make it stop? If I want to browse or search privately, I will do so by activating incognito.

Root Galaxy Ace 4 with Odin
Hi Everyone,
After rooting with Odin,when the phone is switched off it will go in a strange screen where are about 6 buttons. When you click the "reboot system" the phone turns on but all the apps(like touchwiz) collapse. The only way to turn it on is with a hard reset. Any help? Thanks in advance.

I just had a funny thought.
I think it's time I thank Verizon for being so incredibly restrictive with what kinds of devices they will allow on the network. A friend of mine, not someone I know very well, but he just bought a Blu phone. Not sure which one. A cheap one. 3GB of RAM and a 32GB internal. Said it's pretty decent on T-Mobile and he paid like $160 I believe.

I don't know if its the right place to post, but I cant restore my apps from Titanium Backup. I was using the Recursion Remix ROM on My MOTO E (First gen) I backed up all my apps to the SD card using TB and flashed the official CM 13 ROM, now when I moved my app backups files (those .gz .apk files) to my internal storage, its not detecting the backup location, I searched for the whole device to find the backup location using preferences but it couldn't detect it. If you see you've got a firmware update for your AT&T Note4 it's nothing to get excited about if you're looking forward to Marshmallow and its added Note specific additions.

So before I misplaced my original s7 charger at a far away friend's house, my galaxy s7 has had pretty solid battery life on what I would consider relatively heavy use(turning the data on and off and sometimes using quickcharge) I'd be able to hit like 15 hours. Now since I don't have access to my charger for awhile I've been using my s4 charging block along with the chord that came with my verizon elipsis 8 tablet (the free tablet with the phone)

I have an Android LG G2 phone, running 5.0.2, and about a month ago, I noticed that notifications from certain apps (e.g. Words With Friends, UPS, DailyArt, Amazon Seller Central, Dictionary Word Of The Day) have not been displayed for a while. I can't see anything on the phone settings that might be causing this, and I don't believe any apps I installed at about that time...

Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Message not sent error yet messages are being recieved
I've tried a bunch of the things other threads have said, restarting, deleting cache, deleting old messages, downloading handcent SMS, deleting Facebook, nothing seems to work.
I can even text myself, the text gets received before the app says it failed!
This is incredibly frustrating and I'd really rather not have to do a factory reset, was just wondering if I could get some help.
Thanks! I'm hoping it goes away on its own, but I doubt it will. Will update if it does though.

Droid Maxx won't turn on
My Droid Maxx just straight up froze and then turned off randomly while charging it. It had a good 80% or so when it did this. Now nothing will show up on-screen when it's plugged into the charger, holding the power does nothing, same when holding the power + vol down (I tried both for at least 30 secs, with and without it plugged into the charger). Definitely would appreciate some assistance.

Can't unlock my Droid Maxx
Yesterday I put a password on my phone and it worked fine for about 2 or 3 times. When I wanted to unlock it again, I typed the password in and pressed the checkmark but the phone did nothing but remove what I had put in the password bar.
