I am planning a cost effective automation for our remodeled home.

I want to be able to control my refrigerator,smoke alarm,security cameras,door locks,lights,garage doors and air conditioner but the problem is each of them has a different app and recently we got this Go-Clair Premium Air Purifiers with e2f technology. which doesn't have app control.
