Alarm issue.

While my phone screen is off my alarm will activate as normal. BUT once it starts it then makes a beep sound and then goes to vibrate.

While my screen is on it acts as normal.
I need the alarm to continue making it's noise not beep then vibrate.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped.
