WebDAV server app no longer works

This used to work but now it stopped working. Don't remember doing anything differently. I start up WebDAV server. Then on my PC, I use Map Network Drive & input the value given. But it says:

Windows cannot access \\192.168.1.65:8080

I'm on the same WiFi network (phone & PC). I've stopped & started WebDAV. I've reboot my phone. I've tried many days. How can it get it to work?
