Issues with Text msgs and MMS

All,
This week my V20 has been giving me a lot of issues of not sending Texts and or MMS. Lately it is now having issues downloading texts as well. I'm on the Verzion LTE network and usually us Go SMS Pro for my messaging app. I have used both the Stock App and Google Messages app and both give the same issue. Any ideas on what I should do? I have not seen an update for this phone so I don't think an update has caused the issue. I am at the point where I am ready for a factory reset to...
