Instagram blocking my account from uploading?

My secondary account can still upload photos, so I suspect my main one is being blocked for some reason.

I've uploaded no spam or explicit photos. Also, this was the first upload of the day, so I haven't been mass uploading any up till this point.

I only have 300 photos to this account, so I can't believe I'm bumping up against some kind of limit.
