UnRooting Question

Hi Everyone,
I am thinking of rooting my J5, but first I am doing some homework so I can be prepared for anything that might go wrong. I have been reading on the problems other have been having when rooting and I wanted to know if I were to not like how my phone works after rooting and decide to unroot, how long should the phone take to reboot after following an unrooting guide? If it takes too long let' s say 1 hour, (Like I read some people have gone through this) does that mean something...
