Reminders not appearing

I've had my S7 for a few weeks now and I've noticed that if you set a reminder using Google Now, the reminder never actually shows up at the scheduled time. If I go into my calendar, I see them there, so I know they're saving. I had no problems with this on my Nexus 6 and I use the function frequently so I'm very frustrated with this issue. I've check the sound settings and I have all of the notifications turned on for both Google, and the Calendar, so I should be getting them. Anyone have...
