Need to Change Plan

Setup:

Four Lines are on the Nationwide Talk & Text 2000

Lines 1 and 2 are basic, dummy lines
Line 3 has 5 GB of Data
Line 4 is an UDP

Is there a way to move the first three lines to a newer plan and save money and get more data while leaving Line 4 alone?
