New SIM Card lock

My last phone was a Alcatel OneTouch on the Virgin Mobile network. When I got my Motorola Droid Razr M, I wanted to swap out the SIM cards. Both cards are the same size and when I put the SIM card in, it transfers the network information over, but I get an error telling me that my SIM card is from an unknown source. Is there anyway to fix this?
