HTC One M8 lost data connection

Hey all,

My phone has been running very slowly for the past couple of weeks, and I had been planning to back it up and do a factory reset to clean it out. Yesterday afternoon I noticed that my mobile data stopped working.

I tried turning mobile data off and on, clearing the system cache, doing a reset of the APN settings, resetting the phone itself through multiple methods, and finally doing a factory reset. Even after all this, I am still unable to connect to mobile data. I can connect...
