Help install Framework/Play Store on Motorola Photon 4g Sunfire

I rooted this device, and was about to start installing apps from the Play Store but clicking "Market" just results in an error message. In hopes that it would auto-update Google Services Framework and the market app, I left it on with Wi-Fi enabled for a while but it never did that.
