My volume is all of a sudden horrible..

So... I don't feel like I could have done anything to "blow" the speaker out or anything, but within the last couple weeks, the volume when I watch videos, or try to listen to music without headphones is very low. I've looked through all settings I know of, and I'm just baffled. I have to almost hold the phone to my ear I order to hear something that I'm watching if I'm not in complete silence.

Has anyone else had this issue, or know what I can do to fix it?
