Recovering files from broken phone

Hey guys,

Recently, I was unfortunate enough to accidentally drop my Droid Turbo in a parking lot, completely shattering the screen. Now, the phone has lost all touch capability and won't display anything, it just tries to restart itself to fix the issue. I ended up getting a new Samsung Galaxy S7, but a lot of the stuff I cared about was not transferred over, such as music and contacts. Night call filter not blocking calls but is blocking sms

For some reason an app I use to filter calls at night is only blocking texts but doesn't filtering calls and more that ring through

Anybody recommend an that works good and has white list black lists for who can call and text at night

Loose Cable Port

We have replaced two and will soon have to replace a third Galaxy S7, because the cable port is too loose for reliable charging.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there an inexpensive solution that involves repair rather than a new phone?

Which update will arrive first?

I'm waiting on two updates. Both are said to be coming by the end of the year. I'm waiting on Oreo for my Samsung Tab A 8 (2017) and Pie for my LG G7 ThinQ. Which one will come first? Galaxy S7 Edge Randomly Stops Receiving Calls and Text Messages

Hi, My phone has been doing something quirky over the last several months. For no reason that I can find, voice calls go straight to voice mail and I won't receive any text messages. Restarting the phone does not help. However, if I make a phone call, it fixes the problem.. until it happens again. All my text messages will come flooding in and it says how many calls I missed. If I attempt to send a text message while this is happening, the text will just say sending... and keep saying...
