How to recover deleted photos?

Is there a way to recover deleted photos on this phone? Once a picture has been moved to trashcan, is there a way to get it back?

Also, is there a way to turn on the vibrate feature when I press buttons on the phone, like typing on the keyboard?

Hey DroidForums, I made an Android app that measures how much time, or how little time, you save by speeding in your car. Android 4.2+, it's free, and has no ads. It's my first Android app so check it out and leave me some feedback or feature requests for a future version!
